Crunchy Pork chops

Ingredients

Four large Pork Chops

2 Eggs

85g of Sage & Onion stuffing mix

1 cooking Apple

Some Honey

Method

Beat the Eggs in a shallow dish. Spread the Sage & Onion mix in  a shallow dish dip the Chops in the Egg let any excess drip off and then dip in the Stuffing mix coating both sides. Place in an oven dish and cook for 40 mins. Cut the Apple in to rings and place on the Chops at the end of the cooking time dribble some honey over the Apple and Chop. Cook for a further 10 mins. Serve with roast Potatoes, Gravy and Veg.

Tip: To prepare perfect roast Potatoes in the 50 mins available. Place your peeled Potatoes in a large microwave bowl with an inch of water. Cook on high for 5 mins. Then transfer to a baking tray with some oil and cook for same amount of time as Chops turning once.
