Savoury Pancakes
Ingridents Pancake mixture for four large Pancakes. 200g wafer thin Ham 3 Tomatoes 2 spring Onions Sprinkling of fresh Parsley 500ml of plain bio Yoguart 1 teaspoon of honey Mustard
Method Finely chop the Onion , Tomatos, Ham and Parsley and combine in a bowl with Yoguart and mustard. Prepare and cook the pancakes. Lay a cooked Pancake on a plate spoon some of the mixture in to the middle and fold Pancake in half then fold it in half again like a cornet. Spoon additional mixture in to the top as required. Serve with a salad . If you have kids try adding some Pasta twists. Jim H
