                     Simple Quiche

Ingredients

Three Eggs.

150g of Cheddar Cheese.

250mil double Cream.

Four rashers of Bacon.

Three Tomatoes

Half a pack of ready to roll short crust Pastry.

Method

Roll the pastry on a floured surface and line a round flan dish with it trimming off any excess. Cut the bacon into small pieces and place in a bowl of boiling water for about four minutes. Beat the Eggs together in a bowl and add the Cream. Remove the Bacon from the boiling water and place in bottom of lined Flan dish. Grate the cheese and add. Pour in the Cream and Eggs. Slice the Tomatoes and place on top. Cook in the oven at 200C / Gas Mark 6 for thirty minutes leave to set for five mins before serving.

Serve with a salad or Potatoes and Veg of your choice.
