EasyTomato SoupServes 6 Ingredients
Sautee onions in the butter for a few minutes. Do not burn. Add cornmeal or polenta and stir well. Add Herbs, tomato puree, apple concentrate and seasoning. Stir well.Add tinned tomatoes and garlic. Combine well and simmer for 10 minutes. Liquidise and return to the pan. Check seasoning. Add water if the consistency is too thick. Add cream and reheat. Serve with fresh bread. Adrian Tupper
