Simple Bolognaise SauceIngredients One medium Onion 500g of Lean Beef mince 100g of Mushrooms Two 400g can of Tomatoes Tomato Puree Garlic paste. Some Oregano and Paprika
A quick and easy recipe for bolognaise sauce that you can use with Spaghetti , Lasagne or serve as a filling for baked Potato. Method Finely chop the Onion and Mushrooms. Fry the Mince in some oil add the Onion continue to fry till the Mince is well browned. Remove from the heat. Add the cans of Tomatoes some Tomato Puree and Garlic paste, a generous sprinkling of Oregano and Paprika. Continue to cook for 20 mins. Add the chopped Mushrooms and stir through simmering for another few mins. Jim H
